The Janne Ersson Monster Big Band is considered to be the best big band around since the days of the Buddy Rich Big Band in the 70’s, touring Europe with Frank Sinatra. The band has been in the game for nearly 17 years and are touring Scandinavia and Europe in 2014 with the American jazz singer Michael Somerville.
This is a fantastic tribute to drummer Buddy
Rich and jazz singer Nat King Cole. The band has played major jazz
festivals as Montreux Jazz Festival Switzerland, Imatra Big Band Festival
Finland, Sthlm Jazz Fest Sweden, Pertuis and Ramatuelle Jazz Festivals
France and so on.
