The headline event of the ‘Gypsy Jazz Festival of London’ 2023, on Friday 5th May, features legendary figure in the history of the genre, Fapy Lafertin, alongside young star Tobie Medland and the incomparable rhythm section of Dave Kelbie and Sebastien Girardot.
This is a double billing with one of the UKs most highly regarded improvisers: the exceptional cellist Shirley Smart and her trio.
LSO St Luke’s is the home of the London Symphony Orchestra: a gorgeous central London concert hall.
