Merlin’s Keep (Celtic Rock/Folk) Old Nicks welcome back this very talented Grimsby based band. An exuberant mix of original material with three- and four-part harmonies, covers of old favourites, and foot-stomping traditional fiddle tunes.  9pm start

De Ja Vu Roadshow combined with our “Count Up” (Mr Creature’s any type of music you wish…all you have to do is ask…..Disco) Celebrating Halloween, fancy dress if desired.  This is being combined with our annual ‘Count Up’ - monies raised over the year for Wish Upon A Star…final total presented on the evening. 8.30pm start

Still Remains UK (Metal/Rock/Alternative) We look forward to this band’s return to play some of their originals. Their style is very much a cross between the older style metal and newer, fantastic vocals and musicianship. Supported by Black Acid Souls (Metal/Rock) we also welcome back this very exciting band who is still unleashing a brutal attack on the metal masses. They do what very few bands have done before, they play a completely original, hard n heavy form of metal not heard anywhere. From opening riffs to crunching rhythm. BOTH bands do not disappoint.  9pm start.

The Unforgiven (Blues/Rock) A 3-piece blues, rock and soul-based powerhouse.  These guys have an outstanding set that features a mix of self-penned numbers and a mix of covers ranging from Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, Thin Lizzy and soul standards. 9pm start.

Point Blank (Pop / Rock) This Scunthorpe band have built up a solid reputation in their local area and play a wide range of styles including songs from the Who, Beatles and The Faces through to Stereophonics, Kings of Leon, U2 and many more. 9pm start

Cornerstone (Rock/Powerpop/Indie) All the way from Austria, we welcome this talented modern rock band, who have an undercurrent of the 80's in their music.  Austria may be known as the classical music capital of the world, but make no mistake, Cornerstone are here to rock. 9pm start

TrueBeat (2-Tone Ska) FAREWELL GIG. We are sad to say that this will be the last time TrueBeat are coming to Horncastle as they have made the decision to go their separate ways.  Old Nicks gets to see this brilliant 2-tone ska band from West London once more. Their sound is lively and energetic with a wide range of influences - so put on your skankin shoes as this is real get on the dance floor SKA!  Good luck to these really great lads in what every they decide to do.  9pm start

Spitfire (Classic Rock) A 4 piece from Lincolnshire playing all sorts from Thin Lizzy to Pink Floyd to Kings of Leon. 9pm start

Unshaven (American Roots Music) One of the hottest bands in the area, this 7 piece band generate energy and excitement everywhere they perform. This dynamic band features everything from fiddle to harmonica and piano accordion in addition to guitars and the unique vocals of John Ingamells.  9pm start

Illusion (Classic Rock/Metal/Rock) Heavy Rock for the 21st century...with an edge of classic hard rock, and a twist of something new, gives Illusion something ultimately UNIQUE to bring to the world... supported by Spiral Dive (Rock) This 4 piece from Kettering have been together 10years and have 100’s of gigs under their belt, they are influence by the likes of Black Sabbath, Ozzy and Rush. 9pm start

Unfinished Business (Classic Rock/Blues).  This 5 piece with twin guitars and a big sound will be playing tracks that revolve around blues-influenced rock covers by the likes of Cream, Free and Gary Moore, with a few less obvious twists such as Ten Years After and Lenny Kravitz.  True classic rock / blues from the 60s and 70s.  9pm start

The Moll Grips play songs from bands such as Metallica to Black Sabbath, from Billy Idol to David Bowie, from Muse to Foo Fighters to Kaiser Chiefs to R.H.C.P to The Offspring and many more. 9pm start

Vanray UK? (Alternative/Electro-acoustic/Acoustic Rock) Old Nicks welcome three solo artists: Pete Long, an acoustic troubadour and sonic experimentalist, playing stunning electro-acoustic sets. Pete plays an acoustic guitar with the emphasis on the instrument and NOT the genre PLUS Joby Hardwick who is inspired by the highs and lows we all experience day to day PLUS The Crows Fly who writs music from their heart and sing it from their soul.  A feast of great musicians and very listenable music.  Well worth venturing out on a Wednesday evening. 9pm start
