The last census shows there are more professional musicians living in Lincolnshire than anywhere else in the country. 

Lincoln Drill Hall invites submissions by musicians of any genre to create a truly unique diverse battle of the bands that offers a mix of music and musicians showcasing new talent within Lincoln.


PRIZE
Your own gig at the Drill Hall in July, with runners-up as support act. Plus coverage in local media from sponsors.

SUBMISSION
Video entries to be submitted by weblink to adam@lincolndrillhall.com by Friday 28th April.


Video must be no more than 3 minutes long and must feature the band playing live.

No entry fee for taking part, just entry to the venue on the day.

Greetings. Announcing more ticket outlets and lots of ways to save money or spread the costs - or even get in free!

Until the end of March you can buy weekend tickets in 3 instalments, with or without camping.

Mail order tickets are free of booking fees (just a one-off handling fee) and, if you download the Skiddle app to your phone or tablet there are still a few tickets available with no booking fee.

Group tickets and Family tickets are also available at discount prices.

Really want to go but simply can't afford it? Working as a volunteer steward for a few hours over the weekend will enable you to enjoy the rest of the festival gratis. Please email dave@anewdayfestival.com to register your interest.

We now have more ticket outlets than Tesco has branches - please see full list on the website www.anewdayfestival.com where you will also find full festival details, an ongoing list of food stalls, a comprehensive FAQ page, link to pre-pitched camping and glamping and, of course, links to online ticket purchases. In due course we will also be announcing our (all important) list of real ales, lagers and award winning ciders available at the festival, all at just £3.50 a pint :-)
