Fender Announce the Classic Vibe Squire Starcaster

Fender Announce the Classic Vibe Squire Starcaster

The Starcaster broke the mold of semi-hollow guitar design with its offset body shape when it was introduced in the ‘70s, offering versatile sounds and out-of-this-world styling for the most adventurous players. The Classic Vibe Starcaster is a throwback to the original Fender model, creating massive tone courtesy of its dual Fender-Designed Wide Range humbucking pickups. Player-friendly features include a slim, comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5”-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets, as well as a stop tailpiece for solid tuning stability. This Squier model also sports a unique painted headstock contour, 1970s-inspired headstock markings, rich-looking nickel-plated hardware and a slick vintage-tint gloss neck finish for an old-school vibe.

Fender Enters 2021 with Record Breaking Milestones

Fender Enters 2021 with Record Breaking Milestones

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC) reports that off the heels of record guitar-playing interest in 2020, it is entering its 75th anniversary year stronger than ever.

This past year, Fender welcomed more than 900k new players via the brand’s online learning app, Fender Play®, driving consumer demand from beginners and record sales milestones. Fender today announced a slate of new products for the first half of 2021 via its second online meeting experience for global dealers.

The introductions come as an effort to accommodate recent droves of aspiring players and loyal professional musicians learning and creating at home during the pandemic. New additions include products across categories – from electrics and amplifiers to Squier® guitars and accessories.

Fender says that it will continue to use a private interactive portal for its dealers to explore executive and product video, as well as other visuals via an easy-to-follow user interface.
