Rolling Stones Tell Trump To Stop Using Their Music

Rolling Stones tell Trump to stop using their music

The BBC has reported that the Rolling Stones have told Donald Trump to stop playing their songs during his presidential campaign.

The band have issued a statement saying that the US presidential candidate does not have permission to use the band's music.

"The Rolling Stones have never given permission to the Trump campaign to use their songs and have requested that they cease all use immediately."

The candidate has been playing their songs at his rallies for months.
Their 1969 hit You Can't Always Get What You Want has been a particular favourite.

The band are not the first to protest at the reality TV star and businessman - now the Republican front-runner - using their music during his campaign. Adele, Aerosmith, Neil Young and REM have also asked the him to desist from using their music.

Jericho Guitars Unveils Edge Series Electric Guitars

Jericho Guitars Unveils Edge Series Electric Guitars

News from Jericho Guitars

Plano, Texas (April 23, 2016) -- The very first of its kind: We are excited to bring you our first Standard Scale Electric Guitar proudly featuring the new scale length, 25.75”. Both 6 and 7 string versions are available in Standard (25.75”) and Baritone (27”) scale lengths, while the 8 string versions proudly carry a 27” scale with 5-ply (Maple/Walnut/Maple/Walnut/Maple) neck-through construction.

All versions of Edge Series feature a hand-selected/lightly weighted/lightly finished walnut body giving the guitar a tangibly sharper attack, sweetened midrange, firm/quick low-end and resonation from top to bottom. All accompanying woods and components are designed around these properties and feature maple necks to define the highs, leaving you with an insanely resonant/strongly defined tone that is unmistakably tight and fully focused.
The series is available in 3 tiers: Bolt-on, Neck-Through and Premium Edition. The Premium version is distinctly decked out in a ¼” Wenge top, Wenge Fretboard, 5-ply (Wenge/Walnut/Wenge/Walnut/Wenge) neck-through construction and custom made Black Hipshot bridge and locking tuners with Gold fitted thumbscrews.
Edge Series Specifics:
  • 25.75" or 27" Scale Lengths
  • Open-Pore Finish
  • Jericho Alnico V Hand Wound Pickups (Edge Premium SD Nazul/Sentient)
  • Choice of Natural or Transparent Black stains
  • 1 Vol/1 Tone/ 3 Way w/ Push-Pull Tone Knob (coil split/deactivates magnet)
